Designed by Sir Frank William Brangwyn (1867-1956). Signed FB in the lower left corner.

Brangwyn was an Anglo-Welsh artist, painter, water colourist, engraver, illustrator and designer who produced over 12,000 works including designs for stained glass, furniture, ceramics, table glassware, buildings and interiors throughout his lifetime.

He received no formal artistic training but studied under Arthur Heygate Mackmurdo and in the workshops of William Morris.

Minor structural damages. The poster has been torn to the left hand side and restored with the framing, with some small circular marks to the very top which can be seen clearly in the images.
