Robert Heritage designed the famous Hamilton sideboard for Archie Shine winning a Design Centre Award for this sideboard in 1958.

Archie Shine pioneered the Scandinavian style in Britain in the late 1950s and 1960s. The Scandinavian, Danish style used long, low lines and also, sculpted and sleek always very high quality.
