A rare set of 50 x Maw and Co tiles. 'Anglo-Persian' pattern designed by Lewis F Day. 51 in stock. Width 6" X 6". 35 all in perfect original condition. 16 with varying degrees of damage, small and large chips and 2 of the 16 have been broken in half and glued back together but very well done. Maw & Co. were the largest and probably the greatest tile maker in the world at the time, settled by the bank of the River Severn in Shropshire Jackfield, the epi centre of the late 19thC and early 20thC tile industry
