An exhibition quality Art Nouveau Walnut writing desk with an exceptional scene depicting moored boats on a river overlooked by a large tree on the river bank inlaid to the upper cupboard door, flanked by letter racks raised on a lower shelf. The main work area is decorated with fine floral decoration adorned with butterflies. The work area has rounded corners with moulded edges and a full width drawer below, curved supports below the drawer joining to the top of the elegant legs. The whole inlaid with an array of exotic woods and subtle organic details.
