Hewetson & Thexton, in the style of Bruce Talbert. An Aesthetic Movement walnut and gilt octagonal centre table with ring and spiral turned legs terminating in turned finials, united by a turned cross stretcher joined to a central support with further opposing turned finials. The angled feet with carved and gilt decoration are stood on the original brass and ceramic castors.

Original enamel label underneath 'Hewetson & Thexton', who were furniture manufacturers at 200, 203 & 204 Tottenham Court Rd. London.
