A terracotta jardinere designed by Archibald Knox for Liberty and Co and made by Mary Seton Watts the wife of the famous painter Watts. This is one of the 1st designs by Knox a superb simple and perfect celtic knot inspired from ancient celtic crosses where he grew up on the Isle of Man. Mary won awards for her incrediable work from the Royal Botanical Society (Gold) and The Royal Horticultural society (Silver).
